Subhi Ghoche is a nationalist political intellectual from Jerusalem, who co-founded the Arab Nationalist Movement, along with George Habash and others. He served as a member of the Jerusalem municipality before 1967 and co-founded the al-Makassed Charitable Association, before establishing the hospital.

The collection contains 190 photographs of Jerusalem and 47 documents, addressing several topics such as decisions and meeting minutes of the Court of Appeal in Jerusalem, official political letters and correspondence to the Endowment Department.
