A Palestinian historian and writer, Saleh Abdel Jawad worked as a professor of political science at Birzeit University, where he also served as Dean of the Faculty of Law, Public Administration and Political Science, and as Director of the university’s Research Centre. He has authored several books addressing issues such as occupation, security policies, and political transformations in the Palestinian context. These include: "Palestinian Agents in the Occupied Territories" (in English and Hebrew), "The Position and Practices of Hamas on the Subject of Palestinian Agents" (in Arabic), "Political Assassinations During the Second Intifada" (in English), and "Fake Israeli Statements During the First Intifada" (in Arabic).
