Mohammad Ali al-Maloukh, a resident of the village of Qarawat Bani Zaid, located in the Ramallah governorate, was known for his love of composing Zajal and popular poetry. He was also one of the notables of the villages of Ramallah and a member of the Reform Committee in the Ramallah governorate.

The collection includes personal historical documents that explain the nature of the life of Mohammad Ali al-Maloukh's family, and focus not only on his activities as a poet, the owner of an oil press, and one of the notables of the town of Qarawat Bani Zaid, but also on his work in the Reform Committee in the Ramallah and al-Bireh governorate.
