The Union of Charitable Societies was established in Hebron in 1958 with the purpose of organizing the affairs of charitable societies in Hebron district. It supports the programs carried out by the societies to the benefit of the citizens in Hebron district in the fields of education, empowerment, health and services.

The Union of Charitable Societies -Hebron Collection includes photographs documenting the history of the work of the Union and its affiliated societies. It also includes documents related to the Union, such as the minutes of the meetings of the Administrative Body that were held in the 1980s and a bulletin about the Union.
