Omair Da'na is from Jerusalem. He started working as a newspaper seller when he was 6 years old after his father and three brothers were arrested by the British Occupation in the Palestine Great Rebellion 1936-39. He is a communist pioneer and politician who witnessed three different political phases. He died in 2016.

It also encompasses several old Palestinian and Arabic magazines, including issues of the Egyptian al-Hadaf Magazine, an-Nil Magazine, the Shiite al-Ghari Magazine, Belady  Magazine, and Akhbar al-Donya Magazine, as well as documents related to Da'na, such as a record of his deposits in the Arab Nation Bank Ltd., rental and lease contract bonds, and a chequebook.
