Ibtisam abu Dahou, a specialist in the field of economics and educational administration, worked as a professor at the Australian University of Melbourne and then as a consultant to several international institutions, especially United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and worked with the Palestinian Ministry of Education.
