Tamer Institute for Community Education is a non-profit organization that is concerned with community education. Established in Jerusalem in 1989, it seeks to acquire effective means that help in learning and production; targets both children and adolescents in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip; and supports research and literary productions.

The Tamer Institute for Community Education Collection has many publications that are very popular with the public. It includes a variety of literary books that focus on the two age groups of children and adolescents, other books dealing with various topics such as Palestinian culture and translation, in addition to some posters that reflect positive and educational messages. Thanks to this diversity, the Institute is able to meet the needs of all segments of society and effectively promote the values of teaching and education.
