DESCRIPTION

The "Never Part" Exhibition Project Collection came as an extension of the exhibition through which the Palestinian Museum sought to collect stories related to acquisitions of high moral value kept by Palestinians and expressing their attachment to their homeland. During this, the work team videotaped interviews with 266 Palestinians, males and females, in different parts of the world, such as Palestine, Lebanon, Chile, Sweden and others, who spoke Arabic, English and Spanish. While browsing the collection, you will see what the Palestinians kept from their depopulated villages, such as the tiles of the houses from which they were expelled and their keys, or plants planted in the gardens of these houses or their doors, some of which are 400 years old, while others kept a bottle of wine, and others a sewage cover, a woman kept shoes she bought in 1948, which she did not wear because of its association with a painful memory.
