The Palestine New Federation of Trade Unions is an extension of the Union of Construction Workers Public Employees, which was established in the city of Tulkarm in the 1950s. The Federation of Trade Unions Collection includes several documents on the history of trade union action in Tulkarm from 1958 to 1990.

The collection documents the development of trade union action in Tulkarm, and consists of documents related to the Palestine New Federation of Trade Unions from 1958 to 1990, including applications of membership, financial records, correspondences and invitations, internal documents, brochures introducing the Federation and statements issued by it in addition to the minutes of the meetings of the General Assembly for Public Employees Union during the 1980s.
