Wajeeh Abdel-Baqi was born in the village of Kafr al-Labad, located in the Tulkarm district. He worked in the Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Nablus and died in 1986.

The Wajeeh Abdel-Baqi Archival Collection includes two sub-collection. The first sub-collection contains a set of family letters, several postage stamps, notebooks featuring lectures on bees, and records of bee sales. The second sub-collection contains 30 documents including books and book covers, most of which are about beekeeping.
