The Minutes of Sessions Two and Three of the Salfit Municipal Council, 1960
Handwritten in 1960, this document shows the minutes of sessions No. 2 and 3, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on 21 March 1960 and 4 April 1960 respectively. During these sessions, the Council made several decisions, including leasing the municipal park to Mahmoud al-Bilbeisi, assigning the mechanic of the town electricity project to evaluate the assets of Abd al-Raouf Affaneh and Misbah ad-Drayni's electricity project as a prelude to purchasing it.
