Handwritten in 1961, this document shows the minutes of sessions No. 59, 60 and 61, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council during the period from 10 to 17 April 1961. During the sessions, the Council made several decisions, including signing and submitting the Council's budget for the 1960- 1961 cycle to the competent authorities for approval.
