Handwritten in 1961, this document shows the minutes of sessions No. 62, 63 and 64, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council during the period from 30 April to 17 May 1961. During the sessions, the Council made several decisions, including supplying water to Battalion 311 of the Jordanian National Guard for two Jordanian Dinars every month.
