Handwritten in 1962, this document shows the minutes of sessions No. 96 and 97, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council during the period from 19 February to 3 March 1962. During the sessions, the Council made several decisions, including making a local announcement on awarding the municipal facilities through public auction and celebrating the blessed Eid al-Fitr as usual.
