Handwritten on 24 September 1953, this document shows a summon that was addressed by Kamel Ahmad Hassan al-Odeh to the Salfit Local Council, requesting approval for the opening of a small window overlooking the Council's parking lot to improve his housing conditions, but the Council rejected his request.
