Taken in October 1985, this photograph shows the moment Yasser Arafat, chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Executive Committee, and Salah Khalaf arrived at the site of the air raid launched by the fighter jets of the Israeli Occupation Forces on the PLO headquarters, in the Tunisian town of Hammam Chott (the Hammam Chott Operation).
