Outright Sale Contract
A historical document involves a land-sale agreement, between Abdulaziz Hussein al- Bakr's wife, Ms. Fatima al- Saleh and Abdulmuhsen al- Othman sons, Thaher and Salem. They sold pieces of land, called "Atab" in Burham village, to Ms. Fatima al- Saleh on February 28, 1952. Each of Abdulaziz Hussein, Mr. Mohammed Abdulaziz Hazzan, and Tareq Abdulaziz witnessed the agreement. The document shows the fingerprint of the seller, Thaher Abed and the signature of his brother, Salem as a second seller.
