Death Certificate
A document issued by the civil administration (during the Israeli occupation of the West Bank), in 1974. It is a death certificate for Mr. Abdulaziz Ali Hussein from Burhan village, Ramallah district. The document shows the stamp of the Department of Population Registration, and the signature of death registration official at the department.
