A Photograph of Children Performing at El-Hakawati Theatre, 1985
A colour photograph of a group of children from the musical band Bidayat [Beginnings] putting on a musical performance at the Palestinian National Theatre/El-Hakawati in al-Quds (Jerusalem). Founded in 1985, Bidayat was then turned into a full musical programme under the name "Music for All." Wissam Murad, a member of Sabreen Group, graduated from this programme. In the photograph, Mahmud, Muhannad, and Murad Ayyash can be seen to the left with Hala Kattab, Jacqueline Sabella, and Wissam Murad on the other side.
