A Framed Photograph of ʿĀdel Arsalan Gifted to Musa al-Alamy, 1933
Found in the Arab Development Society Collection, this framed black-and-white photograph of ʿĀdel Arsalan was gifted to Musa al-Alamy by Arsalan on March 22, 1933. Arsalan, a Syrian poet and politician of Lebanese descent, is the brother of the princes Shakib and Nasib Arsalan. The three brothers come from an eminent Druze family that ruled the Mount Lebanon area.
