Printed in English in 1956, this document shows a letter from Elyas Kusa to the Jerusalem Post Editor. In the letter, Kusa objects to the Editor's reporting of Wing Commander ʿali Ṣabry's statement regarding the passage of Israeli ships through the Suez Canal. Kusa claims that Ṣabry, Egyptian Wing Commander, stated that Israel should refer the matter to the International Court of Justice.
