Printed in 1956, this document shows a letter from Elyas Kusa to the Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs about ʿali Ṣabry's, Egyptian Wing Commander, statement about "The Israeli Ships Right to Pass Through the Canal". In his statement, Ṣabry says that Israel should refer the matter to the International Court of Justice, which will be in Israel's favour.
