"Responding to Chaim Weizman", a Letter from Elyas Kusa to the Editor of The Jerusalem Post, 1939
Printed in English, this document features a letter from Elyas Kusa to the editor of The Jerusalem Post-previously known as "the Palestine Post". The letter features a script to be published in the newspaper as a response to one of Chaim Weizman's utterances stating the following " The Arab Opposition is found based on religious intolerance and an overall outlook infused by an inimical nation towards Britain". The letter also features Kusa's response to Weizman's statement explaining that the Arab struggle is structured based on their ambitions, their patriotic vision, and the right to claim their lands, in addition to the right of seld-determination. Attached in the letter, Kusa mentions that Haj Amin al-Husseini's activism isn't made based on the interests of Foreign countries as Weizman claims.
