"Exchange of Population", Newspaper Clippings from the Jerusalem Post, June 1949
Published in 1049, these newspaper clippings from the Jerusalem Post contain a formal letter by Ilyas Kusa and another letter in reply regarding the exchange of population process Kusa brings about in his letter. The exchange of population process was adopted by the Peel Commission; the partition plan of Palestine decided for the creation of independent Arab and Jewish States, with the Jews living in the Arab countries be sent to the Jewish state and the Arabs in the Jewish state be sent to the Arab countries. Attached with the clippings is a letter from Ilyas Kusa to the Editor from the Jerusalem Post protesting against the newspaper deleting parts of his originally published letter.
