"The Consolidation of Agricultural Land Bill", a Letter by Elyas Kusa to the Editor of the Jerusalem Post, January 1961
Addressed by Elyas Kusa to the Editor of the Jerusalem Post on 19 December 1961, this formal letter discusses a news article published about Kusa joining talks with the Israel Communist Party which seeks to attract unaffiliated Arab nationalist leaders in order to lend a non-partisan character to their programme. In his letter, Kusa denies the claim that Arab farmers wish to join the Israel Communist Party and that this allegation was published in order to frighten them away from attending the conference intended to be held in protest of the Consolidation of Agricultural Land Bill.
