Printed in English, this document features a letter from Elyas Kusa to Mr. William Zukerman on 18 December 1960, regarding his previously published article in the "Jewish Newsletter" entitled "Fundamentals of Arab-Israel Peace", where Kusa is pointing towards a set of issues in his letter and some are concerning the Palestinians rights to the 1948 Occupied Palestinian Territory as geography, in addition to the relationship between Israel and the Arab states in general, and the Egyptian president "Jamal ʿabd an-Naṣer in particular.
