Printed in English, this document features a letter from Elyas Kusa to Levi Eshkol, former Israeli Secretary of Treasury on 25 June 1961, regarding his previously published statement in the Jerusalem Post-previously known as "the Palestine Post" in which he declares that 35000 Palestinian refugees will return to the 1948 Occupied Palestinian Territory as geography, in addition to the common exploitation of the Jordan River between Arab countries and Israel, and value of the belongings of the Palestinian refugees, and his initiative to settle peace within Israel and Arab countries.
