Printed in Arabic, this document features a letter from Elyas Kusa to Editor-in-Chief of al-Muṣawwer Newspaper on 21 January 1966 in order to thank him for publishing his letter sent to general Stockwell, serving as the Leader of the British Troops in Haifa during the rule of the British Mandate, regarding his role in facilitating the act of occupying Haifa from the Zionist Gangs, and the role of the Arabic Army in 1948.
