Printed in English, this document features a letter from Elyas Kusa to the Secretary-General of the United Nations on 18 March 1970, regarding his previously sent telegram to the American President Richard Nixon concerning his policy towards Israel and the Arab States and peace between both side.  In his letter, Kusa points out that he sent the telegram to the Ambassadors of Britain and France in Palestine, in addition to the Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs, as he couldn't send it to the Government of the Soviet Union because there is no existing embassy representing the union in Tel Aviv.
