Printed in English, this document features an article by Joseph Ablileah serving as an Israeli peacemaker talking about his tour in 13 countries among Europe and America to showcase his proposal regarding forming a federation in the Near-East (Jordan- Israel- Palestine) with a federal government in Jerusalem. Based on his proposal, he tackles both the Foreign and Economic Policy of the federation, in addition to building a unified identity inside this federation and solving the case of Refugees, thus Syria and Iraq must help in watering the Syrian Desert from the rivers of Tigris and Euphrates, and Egypt has to adjust with the newly established Economy in the Middle East and count on Rouble and Dollars.
