"Proposal Rejected Mr. Kusa", a Paper Clipping, al-Yawm Newspaper, 1957
Printed in Arabic, this document features a paper clipping of an article entitled "Proposal Rejected Mr. Kusa" snipped off al-Yawm Newspaper, written by Saʿid Mahmud Kayyal, and published on 27 August 1957, as he is responding to a previously written article by Elyas Kusa published in al-Rabitah magazine during July and August entitled "The Issue of the Refugees". Kayyal, in his article, responds to Kusa's proposal to exchange Palestinians living in the 1948 occupied territories with Jews living in the Arabic states. The opposite side of the clipping features Kusa's response confirming that the article is full of wrong information.
