Issue 234 of the Attali'ah Weekly, 26 August 1982
Published on 26 August 1982, this document shows issue 234 of the Attali'ah Weekly, whose editor-in-chief was Bashir al-Barghouthi and which was printed at the Salah ad-Din Press in Jerusalem. This issue contained numerous subjects, including the US endeavours to create a Saudi-US alliance, the departure of the Palestine Liberation Organisation's fighters from Beirut, disconnecting electricity to the ad-Dhahiriya city for two weeks in addition to the deteriorating situation of the hospitals in the city of Bethlehem. It also contained several political, economic and social news items, and dedicated a section for sports, arts and cultural news.
