Printed in al-Sharq al-Arabiya Press with Muhammad abu Labdeh as the managing editor and Siham al-Asaly as the senior editor, this 80-page document shows issue no. 47 of ash-Shiraa Magazine. Issued in January 1983 with its cover and fonts crafted by Palestinian artist Adnan az-Zubaydy, the issue features news pieces and articles themed on Palestinian and world politics, local investigations, and literature as follows: The Palestinian politics section features articles as follows, "Conservative Arabism Keeps Extending" about the Confrontation Front in Syria and its ability to stop the extension of said Arabism, "American Military Reinforcement" as an excuse to stop the Soviet Union's reach in the Arab World, "Sharon's Document on Lebanon", "Mubarak's Standpoints Won't Fool the Public" about Egypt's allegations against Israeli while in fact being in harmony with Regan's Plan for Peace in the Middle East, and "Population Match" by ʿĀdel Samarah about the demographic battle in Palestine.  The world politics section includes an interview with Thomas Nkobi, the senior leader of the South African African National Congress, and an article about unemployment in America. The local investigation section includes news pieces as follows, mass celebrations in the Occupied Land, an interview with Birzeit Student Council (What made the student union fail), interviews with Nayef Swaitat, Ahmad Qawariq, Rasim al-Izzat, Lawaaheẓ al-Jaʿbary, Saʿid ed-Din ad-Dik, Ghassan Jarrar, all members of the student council at the time, and an investigation of elections at the Islamic University of Gaza.  The Israeli affairs section includes an article entitled "Battling Time" about King Hussein's standpoint and his efforts towards peace as per Regan's Peace Plan. Miscellaneous articles as follows, "Parliament Elections in Lebanon and Social Class in Lebanon", and "Refuting Davar's Allegations Against ash-Shiraa", an article regarding another on Palestinian-Jordanian rapprochement through what was called the Palestinian Peace Document by Elias Fraij, Hikmat al-Maṣry, Nadim al-Zarew, and Rashad ash-Shawwa.
