Printed in al-Sharq al-Arabiya Press with Muhammad abu Labdeh as the managing editor and Siham al-Asaly as the senior editor, this 62-page document shows issue no. 50 of ash-Shiraa Magazine. Issued on 15 February 1983 with its cover and fonts crafted by Palestinian artist Adnan az-Zubaydy, the issue features news pieces and articles themed on Palestinian and world politics, local investigations, and literature as follows: The Palestinian politics section features the following articles, "Jordanian-Palestinian Rapprochement in Support of Imperialism and Its Retrospective Axis" on the Confederation Project between Palestine and Jordan and the Jordanian regime's standpoints on the Cause of Palestine. An article "Something About the Investigation Committee" on Kahan Commission's investigation of the Sabra and Shatila massacres which resulted in the names of those involved: Begin, Eric Sharon, Shamir, Rafael Eitan, Yehoshua Saguy, Amos Baron, and the head of the Mossad. The section also includes an article about Rashad ash-Shawwa's statements to the Israeli press about the necessity of striking Palestinian national unity and an another on international conferences in solidarity with the Palestinian and Lebanese detainees. The Arab politics section includes two articles, "Lebanon is the Cause of the American-Israeli Dispute" about peace talks between Israel and Lebanon, the American-Israeli dispute in Lebanon, the relationship of the United States of America and Israel with Philip Habib, Saʿd Haddad and the Kataeb Party. The second article touches on Syria's internal affairs and its Palestinian, Arab and international relations. The Israeli politics section features an article entitled "Meetings with Israelis Ran for Ages" about Iṣam as-Sartawi and King Hussein's meetings with Israel. The local investigations section includes an article entitled "Burglars at an-Najah University" about corruption within an-Najah University, a report on child custody at Birzeit University, a meeting with Ahmad al-Qadamy from the Golan Heights on the relationship between the occupied Syrian Golan and Palestinians, and an investigation entitled "Dialogues and Documents of the Occupied Territories: Are they the Beginning of a New Right-Wing" on Salim Tamari's statements and the participation of a few academics, intellectuals and mayors in promoting a peaceful approach with Israeli. Literature and miscellaneous pieces including one entitled "Women's Sail" by Suha al-Barghuthy.
