Printed in al-Sharq al-Arabiya Press with Muhammad abu Labdeh as the managing editor and Siham al-Asaly as the senior editor, this 64-page document shows issue no. 60 of ash-Shiraa Magazine. Issued on 15 July 1983 with its cover and fonts crafted by Palestinian artist Adnan az-Zubaydy, the issue features news pieces and articles themed on Palestinian and Israeli politics, local investigations, and literature as follows: The Palestinian section includes the following articles, "A Catastrophic Failure of Shultz's Tour" on the tour of foreign ministries of the United States of America, the Netherlands and France, and Shultz's Tour aiming to barter Syria for parts of Lebanon and discussing the Golan issue to approve of the Reagan Peace Plan. An article entitled "Commitment to the Results of the Committee Is a Necessity Imposed by Current Events" about a mediation committee formed under the leadership of Khaled al-Fahum attempting to resolve the internal dispute in the Palestine Liberation Organization and normalize Palestinian-Syrian relations. An article entitled "The Destruction of the Palestinian-Syrian Relations Results in a Blow Stronger than that of Beirut" on the nature of the Syrian regime and its social classes and the reasons that prevent the change of its foreign policy towards the Palestine Liberation Organization. An article by Abu Dawud, "The High Palestinian Interest Requires a Current Understanding and a Further Return to Claim and Hold Enemies Accountable" on the dispute within the Fatah movement and the Palestinian confrontations in the Beqaa Valley. An article about the life of Ghassan Kanafani, his life and literature, and an analysis of his novel "Rijal Fish-Shams (Men in the Sun)". And an article by ʿĀdel Samarah entitled "Funds Made for Palestinian Resistance Serve the Purpose of the Funder" about the funds made by Arab countries to the Palestinian Occupied Territories serve individual interests.  The local investigations section includes an investigation on unionism in Palestine and another on the Palestinian refugee camps in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, the West Bank, and Gaza and the alternatives to immigration, compensation and the resettlement of those uprooted. The Israeli politics section features an article entitled "The Security Institutions Decided to Invade Lebanon in 1954" which includes excerpts from Moshe Sharett's journal featuring plans to invade Lebanon in 1954, to divide Lebanon, and to change the political structure therein. The economy section features a piece on the European debt crisis touching on the depreciation of European local currencies and the establishment of the European Economic Community. The literature section features the Women's Sail, the student movement in the Palestinian Occupied Territories, and a page on the history of the national movement since the early 1920s.
