Printed in al-Sharq al-Arabiya Press with Muhammad abu Labdeh as the managing editor and Siham al-Asaly as the senior editor, this 64-page document shows issue no. 62 of ash-Shiraa Magazine. Issued on 15 August 1983 with its cover and fonts crafted by Palestinian artist Adnan az-Zubaydy, the issue features news pieces and articles themed on Palestinian, Israeli, and World politics, local investigations, economy, and literature as follows: The Palestinian politics section features the following articles, "Habash Calls on Fateh to Carry Out a Serious Review of Its Politics", and "A Crisis of Protest Against a Section Or a Crisis of the Whole" by ʿĀdel Samarah. Both said articles touch on the dispute within the Fateh Movement. An article entitled "A New Desperate American Attempt to Implement Its Schemes" and "The Syrian Standpoint Constitutes a Wave of Objection Against American and Israeli Current Policies", and "On Washington" by Bassam Bullatah. The three articles deal with the topic of American policy in the Arab region, and Robert McFarlane's tours to promote the Reagan Project, and the Syrian standpoint affected by the ruling class. The Israeli politics section features an article entitled "Redeploying the Israeli Occupation Forces is Imposed by Security and Tactical Concerns" about the withdrawal of said Forces from Lebanon. The world politics section features an article about the American aid to Afghanistan to hinder the revolution and limit the Soviet sovereignty therein. The local investigation section features two investigations entitled "The Construction Workers Union", and "Voluntary Work committees in al-Khader, Abu Dis, and Awarta". The economy section features an article entitled "The Economy of Israel", and another about Arab petroleum and political and economic freedom. The literature section features the Women's Sail, the student movement in the Palestinian Occupied Territories, and a piece on the history of the national movement since the early 1920s.
