Printed in al-Sharq al-Arabiya Press with Muhammad abu Labdeh as the managing editor and Siham al-Asaly as the senior editor, this 64-page document shows issue no. 46 of ash-Shiraa Magazine. Issued in December 1982 with its cover and fonts crafted by Palestinian artist Adnan az-Zubaydy, the issue features news pieces and articles themed on Palestinian, Israeli, Arab, and World politics, local investigations, and literature as follows: The Palestinian politics section features the following articles, "Weakness and Exploiting Opportunities" on the post-Beirut exit and calling the Palestine Liberation Organization to recognise Israel and the (338) (242) Resolutions, changing the Palestinian National Covenant and promoting the Jordanian rule. An article entitled "The Return of the Palestinian-Jordanian Rapprochement" on the standpoint of the PLO on the Jordanian regime and analyzing Arab regimes on the basis of class, and the stand on the Syrian regime. An article entitled "How We See the Conflict in the Region" and article entitled "The Next Conspiracy Lead by Habib" about Philip Habib's relationship with the American administration and his role in promoting the Reagan Peace Plan in the region. The section also features a document on Israeli colonies including a study on said colonies, their nature and purpose, and a list of colonies, areas, and economic bases. An article by ʿĀdel Samarah on Arab backwardness supported by theoretical, historical and Arab shreds of evidence. The Arab politics section features an article entitled "Mubarak and Sadat Are Alike" about Mubarak's internal economy and security policies and his relations with Egypt's opposition and the World Order. The world politics section features two articles entitled "Twenty Years Since the Cuban Missile Crisis", and "Peres' Meetings - Amman Meetings" about the meeting between Elias Fraij, Mayor of Bethlehem, and a group of academics from Nablus, with figures from the Israeli Labor Party, and Fraij's relationship with King Hussein and the Jordanian regime. The literature section features the Women's Sail, and the student movement in the Palestinian Occupied Territories.
