Handwritten in Arabic in 2006, this 2-page document shows an article by Bassam ash-Shakʿa entitled "On the Execution of Ṣaddam" about the Palestinian and Palestinian-Syrian meetings to restore the national base of the Cause of Palestine and making it an all-Arabs Cause. He also confirms that the American decision to execute Ṣaddam is a sign of weakness which reflects the inability to confront regional and national issues.
