A Letter by Bassam Shakaa to the Arab League Summit Conference, 2004
Written by Bassam Shakaa to the attendees at the Arab League Summit in Tunisia in 2004, this letter expresses his opinion regarding the Arab states disregarding their responsibility towards the Palestinian Cause as he invites said states not to ignore the Israeli occupation actions. He also discusses the Arab Peace Initiative and his refusal of it, as well as demands Arab kings, presidents and princes to commit to Arab and Palestinian interests and renew their support for the resilience and resistance of the Palestinian people.
