A Video Clip Documenting the Production of ASHTAR Theatre's Show "48 Minutes for Palestine" in Gaza, 2015
As part of the Interactive Theatre for Palestine project, these two video clips document the production of a play titled, "48 Minutes for Palestine" in Gaza performed by ASHTAR Theatre. This interactive theatrical production tackles the relationship between a marginalized woman and man through the issue of gender oppression while showcasing the "Israeli" occupation of Palestine, displacing the Palestinian people from their homes and lands, through physical imagery. The play is set in 2010 around the world and is directed by Mojisola Adebayo, with performances from Edward Muallem and Riham Ishaq, and music by Rami Wahsha.
