Ash-Shakaa states that the Oslo Accords represent a leeway for the Zionist occupation to achieve its goals in spreading the occupation, confiscating and Judaizing al-Quds (Jerusalem) and protecting Israeli borders, all in cooperation between the Palestinian police and the Israeli soldiers. Ash-Shakaa also mentions the struggle of the Palestinian people living under the Israeli self-rule policy.
