A Video of Edward Said National Conservatory of Music's Performance of the Musical "Fawanis" in Cooperation with ASHTAR for Theatre Productions and Training

A video clip documenting the performance of "Fawanis" [Lanterns], a musical produced by Edward Said National Conservatory of Music in cooperation with ASHTAR for Theatre Productions and Training. Wasim al-Kurdy references the musical to Ghassan Kanafany's "The Little Lantern", directed by Fernando Nope and Edward Muallem, with music from Suhail Khoury. The project included the performance of 65 children from the occupied cities of al-Quds (Jerusalem), Bethlehem and Ramallah. The musical was first performed in the Ramallah Cultural Palace with the participance of the German Orchestra.
