A Video of a Discussion Led by ASHTAR Theatre Artistic Director Iman Awn on "Al-Mahatta" Play

A video clip documenting a discussion led by the Artistic Director of ASHTAR Theatre Iman Awn for "Al-Mahatta" [Station], a play produced and performed by ASHTAR Theatre in cooperation with Rosa Luxembourg Stiftung. The play revolves around a trains construction team that faces sudden changes in its environment, causing the workers to become stuck in a continuous, non-ending loop of reconstruction without achieving their final product, building a railway line. The play nither attempts to reflect a political situation nor does it present solutions for the current strategic/leadership crisis; rather, it aims to capture the underlined nuances of the reality imposed on us.  Directed by Iman Awn  Music by Ramy Washaha
