Printed in English, this document reflects the final practical work assignment for the Chicago School of Interior Decoration, in which Nahil enrolled as a student by correspondences, where she attaches her name and registration number.  This final assignment is given to students for the purposes of earning the degree of Diploma from the courses they have been enrolled in; whereas the school confirms that following the evaluation of all the work delivered in addition to other previous courses the passing grade shall be issued.  In this document, the course's instructor reminds the students to devote themselves to the assignment, then explains the delivery method a student should take into consideration; as the second page of the document confirms the method by stating the following "How to Submit your Practical Work for School" and cordially lists the instructions.
