Attali'ah Newspaper, Issue 834, March 10 1944

The eight hundred and thirty-fourth issue of Attali'ah Newspaper which was published on March 10, 1994. Bashir al-Barghuthy is the issueʾs editor-in-chief, and it was printed in Salah ad-Din Press in al-Quds (Jerusalem). The 12-page issue covers the following: 1. A feature story entitled “Broiler Chicken Farmers Suffer Huge Losses... Farmers were Forced to Feed Their Chicken Barley due to the Curfew”. 2. Rabin guarantees Shas party three noes regarding the issues of al-Quds (Jerusalem), refugees, and the Palestinian State. 3. Taking advantage of the continued curfew, the prices of some commodities soar in the northern West Bank. 4. An interview with the economic expert Samir Abdullah illustrates that the Israeli security measures have dealt a major blow to the Palestinian economy. A short story on the shaheed Amjad Badawi from Jalazone Refugee Camp. 14. Mass protests continue for a second week: Eight shuhadaʾ and hundreds of Palestinians injured. 15. A profile on Yusra al-Barbari entitled “Palestinian Women are Present in All Areas of National and Social Struggle”. 16. The response and reactions of women organisations to the Ibrahimi Mosque massacre including the administrative body of the Hebron Women's Charitable Society and the Women's Affairs Technical Committee. 17.
