The eight hundred and fifty-eighth issue of Attali'ah Newspaper which was published on September 28, 1994. Bashir al-Barghuthy is the issueʾs editor-in-chief, and it was printed in Salah ad-Din Press in al-Quds (Jerusalem). The 8-page issue covers the following: 1. The Ramallah and al-Bireh newsletter (The Committee of National Institutions calls for releasing all prisoners, the use of weapons proliferates in the villages of Ramallah, factions in Ein Yabrud issue a statement condemning infighting and calling for reconciliation as the solution, a new traffic jam at Al-Manara Square in Ramallah). 2. The Hebron newsletter (The municipal council elections draw near, the growing number of people claiming authority to resolve disputes and direct traffic, Israel relinquishes a piece of land in Beit Ummar but the Israeli Occupation Authorities prevent the owners from cultivating it, Israeli settlers drive out a Palestinian from his own land). 3. The Jericho newsletter (The Jericho temporary municipal council issues an order to suspend construction works at a hotel because it will pollute the main water source, farmers refrain from cultivating their lands due to the heavy losses they suffered, the Department of Antiquities opens a new excavation site). 4. An article entitled “Questions about Guardianship: A Legal Analysis of the Jericho-Gaza Agreement”. 5. Walid Mustafa writes “What does the Terrorist Jewish Underground Mean to Us?” 6. The Jerusalem newsletter (Negotiations about a collective work contract for hotel workers, a school principal is threatened to force girls to wear the hijab). 7. The Bethlehem newsletter (A new crime in Bethlehem where masked men broke into a house and attacked the owners of the house, a burst of gang activities once again, unknown assailants set a house on fire). 8. The Nablus newsletter (The Dialogue Committee asserts the importance of al-Quds (Jerusalem), the nature of the peace that the Palestinian-Israeli Dialogue Committee seeks).
