Saha Baby Food Project, a Report
Found in the Siham al-Barghuthy Collection and written in English, this nine-page document shows a report on the Saha Baby Food Project of the Palestinian Federation of Women's Action Committees. The report details workdays (10-12 days a month), working hours (3-6 per day), and the products of the project (dried-ground chickpea and wheat flour). Said product is an excellent source of protein for low-income families who cannot afford expensive animal proteins to feed their babies. It also has less fat and no cholesterol.
