"To Fighter Bassam Shak'a", al-Sha'b Newspaper, a Cutting
Printed in Arabic, this document shows a cutting from al-Sha'b Newspaper featuring a poem by Muhammad Ali aṣ-Ṣalih from Tulkarm, one of the freedom fighters during the British Mandate who was imprisoned several times, and a member of the Youth Party during which was headed by the late Yaʿqub al-Ghuṣain, welcoming Bassam Shak'a upon his return to Palestine. One verse from the poem goes like "Bassam is back to the nidal (struggle), and O', we are blessed that Abu Nidal is back".
