Printed in English, this letter from Henry Lowi from the "Workers League Vanguard", a Marxist weekly newspaper published in the United States of America, to Nablus Mayor Bassam Shak'a addressing, on behalf of the Workers League members and supporters, his safe return home and to his fight against Zionism. In the letter, Lowi encloses a selection of publications including the political program "The Road to the Socialist Revolution in Palestne, a propaganda pamphlet "Questions and Answers, and various leaflets.
