Printed in Arabic by the Arab Press in Jerusalem, this document shows a bulletin titled "On the Recommendations of the Royal Committee and the Statement of the British Government" featuring the memorandum of the Arab Higher Committee regarding said Recommendations. Submitted to the Permanent Mandates Commission in London and the Colonial Office in Geneva by the Head of the Committee Hajj Muhammad Amin al-Husseini and its Secretary Fouad Saleh Saba, the memorandum included various headings, through which it clarified its position and objection to the bias British Mandate authorities in favour of Zionism at the expense of the Palestinian rights.
